Information for Reviewers

Peer review is the cornerstone of academic publishing, ensuring the quality and validity of scientific literature. We sincerely thank our peer reviewers for donating their time and expertise to evaluate submitted manuscripts.

1. Peer Review Process Guidelines

We use a double-blind peer review system, meaning that the identities of the authors are hidden from the reviewers, and vice versa. Reviewers should assess manuscripts based on the following criteria:

Originality & Innovation: Does the study add new knowledge to the field? Is the research question significant?
Methodological Rigor: Are the research design, data collection, and statistical tests appropriate? Can the study be replicated based on the description?
Clarity & Structure: Is the manuscript well-organized and written in clear, academic English? Are tables and figures easy to understand?
Scientific Integrity: Are there signs of data fabrication, plagiarism, or redundant publication? Are all citations and references accurate?

2. Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

Confidentiality: Manuscripts are privileged documents. Reviewers must not share or discuss the manuscript with anyone during or after the review process.
Conflict of Interest: If you recognize the research or believe you have a conflict of interest (financial, personal, or collaborative), please decline the invitation immediately.
Constructive Feedback: Reviews should be polite, honest, and objective. Avoid personal attacks or unconstructive criticism. Suggest specific improvements to help the authors improve their work.
Timeliness: Reviews should be completed within 21 to 30 days. If you need an extension, notify the managing editor as soon as possible.

3. Recognition and Certification

To recognize the vital contributions of our reviewers, Synergy Publication issues formal, verifiable Peer Reviewer Certificates. Reviewers can verify their certificates on our portal using their unique certificate number.
