Editorial Policies & Guidelines

Synergy Publication maintains the highest standard of editorial integrity, academic rigor, and ethical publishing. Our comprehensive editorial policies ensure that all research published under our imprint is scientifically sound, original, and compliant with global ethical publishing norms.

Editorial Independence and Peer Review

Our editorial decisions are entirely independent of commercial interests, sponsorship, or organizational biases. Editors-in-Chief retain complete authority over the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. All submissions undergo a strict pre-screening phase to assess alignment with the journal's scope and a basic checklist of academic standards, followed by a double-blind peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers.

Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

Authors, editors, and peer reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest that could influence their judgment or interpretation of the research. Potential conflicts include financial interests (such as employment, consultancy, patents, or stock ownership), personal relationships, or professional rivalries. If a conflict is discovered, it must be disclosed immediately to the editorial board.

Scientific Integrity and Human/Animal Subjects

Research involving human participants, tissues, or animals must be conducted in full compliance with recognized international ethical guidelines, such as the Declaration of Helsinki. Authors must state that they have obtained institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee approval, along with informed consent from human participants where applicable.

Correction, Addenda, and Retraction Policy

We believe in maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. If a significant error is detected in a published article, we will publish a correction, erratum, or addendum in the next issue. In extreme cases of academic misconduct, plagiarism, or fabricated data, the journal will retract the article following the COPE Retraction Guidelines.
