1. Pre-Submission Checklist

Before submitting, please ensure your manuscript matches the following conditions:

  • The work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under review by another journal.
  • All co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission.
  • All sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
  • The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism and contains a similarity index of less than 10%.

2. Manuscript Formatting and Structure

Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The text must be written in clear, concise English. Standard manuscripts should follow this structure:

  1. Title Page (Submitted separately for blind review): Title of the article, authors' full names, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author's email address.
  2. Abstract: A structured abstract of 150 to 250 words summarizing the study's background, objectives, methodology, main findings, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords for search engine indexing.
  4. Introduction: Background information, review of existing literature, and the study's objectives or hypotheses.
  5. Methodology: Detailed explanation of the research design, participants, materials, tools, and statistical procedures.
  6. Results: Clear presentation of findings, using tables and figures where appropriate.
  7. Discussion: Interpretation of results, comparison with previous research, study limitations, and future directions.
  8. Conclusion: Brief summary of the main contributions and practical implications of the work.
  9. References: Follow APA (7th Edition) format for citations and references. Ensure all citations match the reference list and include DOIs where available.

3. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

We are a Diamond Open Access platform. For specific journals, minor APCs apply to cover layout, DOI registration, and hosting costs. Please refer to our APC & Waiver Policy page for detailed pricing and waiver programs.
