Details on article processing charges, waivers, and discounts.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness in publication costs. The journal is committed to making scholarly publishing accessible while maintaining high academic standards. Article Processing Charges (APCs) help cover the costs of editorial processing, peer review management, DOI registration, online hosting, indexing, and long-term digital preservation.
The journal is indexed or discoverable in several academic databases, including:
| Author Category | APC | Additional Author Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Indian Authors | INR 6000 (Up to 3 Authors) | INR 500 per extra author |
| International Authors | USD 250 (Up to 6 Authors) | USD 10 per extra author |
APCs are payable only after acceptance of the manuscript and do not influence editorial or peer review decisions.
Authors from low-income or developing countries may receive up to a 50% APC waiver.
Researchers without institutional or grant funding may apply for up to a 40% APC discount. Applicants must provide supporting documentation (such as a signed letter from their institutional Head). Decisions are based on the authenticity of the evidence provided. Synergy Publication reserves the right to approve or reject any waiver application.
Editors and reviewers who handled at least five manuscripts in a calendar year are eligible to apply for up to a 50% APC discount.
Student researchers may apply for up to a 30% APC discount by submitting proof of student status.
APCs are non-refundable once the article has been published. Refund requests before publication may be reviewed by the editorial office under exceptional circumstances.
