General Instructions for Authors
General Instructions
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that contribute to the scope of the respective journal.
All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be submitted in English.
- Use Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format; PDF is accepted initially but Word is required for final processing.
- Use Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins.
- Length: 4,000–8,000 words (including references, tables, figures). Review articles may be longer.
2. Structure
- Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, email, ORCID ID (recommended)
- Abstract: 150–300 words
- Keywords: 4–6 keywords
- Main Body: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, References
- Tables and Figures: Numbered with captions
3. References
- Follow APA (7th Edition) style
- All citations must match the reference list
4. Originality & Plagiarism
- Must be original and not under review elsewhere
- Similarity above 15–20% may lead to rejection or revision
5. Authorship Criteria
- Based on substantial contribution
- All authors must approve submission
- Changes require written consent from all authors
6. Ethics Statement
- Include ethical approval for human/animal research
- Disclose conflicts of interest and funding
7. How to Submit
- Submit via journal’s online portal
- Complete all fields and upload files
- Acknowledgment email within 24–48 hours
8. Review Process
- Double-blind peer review
- Decision within 4–6 weeks
