- This submission is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- The author(s) must submit an author declaration, which can be downloaded through this link.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets, and other material provided with this submission.
- The articles submitted to the journal are the sole responsibility of the author(s) for the accuracy of facts and expressions of opinions.

Publication Rights and Version of Record
Author(s) retain full copyright of their articles and grant Synergy Publication a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the work as the Version of Record in the Journal of Transformative Pedagogies and Learner Engagement (JTPLE).
JTPLE is recognized as the original place of publication, and any subsequent reuse, distribution, or adaptation of the article must clearly acknowledge JTPLE as the source of first publication.
Preprints and Post-Publication Sharing

Before acceptance: Author(s) may post preprints, present the work at conferences, include it in theses or dissertations, or deposit it in repositories, provided the version is clearly identified as a preprint or non-final version.

Synergy Publication is a non-profit publishing house dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality scholarly journals and books, prioritizing academic merit, ethical publishing, and open access.
The Journal of Transformative Pedagogies and Learner Engagement (JTPLE) is published and technically managed by Synergy Publication.
Synergy Publication acts as the Data Controller for all personal data processed through the JTPLE journal platform, which operates on Open Journal Systems (OJS).

Optional notifications regarding new issues, calls for papers, or journal updates
Role-Based Data Use

Readers: Data is used for identification and optional content notifications.

Authors: Data is used for editorial communication and publication. Upon publication, the author’s name, affiliation, ORCID iD, and biographical summary are publicly displayed and indexed as part of the scholarly record.

Reviewers: In the double-blind peer review process, reviewers do not have access to authors’ personal data. Reviewer data is visible only to editors for selection and communication.

Editors: Name, affiliation, and country are publicly displayed on the Editorial Team page for transparency.

Administrators: Authorized technical staff of Synergy Publication may access system data solely for platform maintenance and support, not for editorial decision-making.
Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the user account remains active or as necessary to fulfill editorial and publishing purposes.

Data associated with published articles forms part of the permanent scholarly record and is retained indefinitely.
