Open Access Policy
Journal of SPHERES is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in the journal are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide immediately upon publication, without embargo.
Journal of SPHERES is committed to the principles of open scholarship and believes that unrestricted access to academic research strengthens knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the global dissemination of scholarly contributions across education, philosophy, ethics, history, sociology, culture, economics, politics, arts, linguistics, psychology, geography, and related fields.
Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of all published articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers, subject to appropriate attribution and compliance with the journal’s licensing terms.
The journal operates in accordance with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing and follows the principles of open access as articulated by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
In accordance with BOAI principles, published content may be used for lawful purposes, including research, teaching, educational activities, and knowledge dissemination, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and the original publication source.
No subscription, registration, or payment is required to access the full-text articles published in Journal of SPHERES.
To support this open-access publishing model and maintain essential scholarly publishing services, including peer-review management, editorial processing, digital platform maintenance, DOI registration, article preparation, indexing support, and long-term digital preservation, Journal of SPHERES is supported through a publisher-supported model managed by Synergy Publication. Details regarding publication charges and financial policies are available in the journal’s Payment Policy.
All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, unless otherwise stated. This license permits users to share and adapt published material for any lawful purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the authors, the article title, the journal, and the original publication source.
